Shipping
Order Fulfillment
Please allow 5–20 business days for order processing and shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Shipping may also be delayed if we are attending a convention.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your promotions or spam folder.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If there is an issue with your address, we will contact you for verification. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information will require the customer to cover reshipping fees.
If you need to update your address (for example, adding an apartment number), please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We offer exchanges for apparel if a different size is needed. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot replace or refund these orders. If your package is delayed for more than three weeks or marked as lost, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and provide us with the claim number so we can assist you further.
Occasionally, packages may be misdelivered or held at your local post office. We recommend contacting your local carrier for additional assistance.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please review your local customs policies before placing an order.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and leaves our facility, we no longer have control over customs processing or delivery timelines.
